Rosa & Tonic
- 50ml Rosa Rum
- 25ml Lime juice
- 250ml Tony Glass tonic
- Ice
Method
- In a Cocktail glass add ice and Rosa Rum and lime juice.
- Top up with Tony glass tonic
- Garnish with lemon or lime wheel
- Serve chilled
Rosjito
- 50ml Rosa Rum
- Half a lime
- 2 sprigs Fresh mint
- Sugar syrup
- Soda water/Lemonade
- Ice
Method
- In a shaker combine Rosa Rum, 1 Mint sprig, lime and sugar syrup.
- Muddle together.
- Add ice and shake vigorously.
- Strain into tumbler glass with crushed ice.
- Top up with soda water/lemonade
- Garnish with mint sprig and lime wheel.
- Serve chilled

- Rosa RUM
- Rose water(sparkling)

Method
- In a glass combine rosa rum ice and lime
- Top up with Rose water(sparkling)
- Dash with lemonade
- Garnish with lime wheel
- Serve chilled
Safari mule
- Rum DNA Qing
- Ginger beer
- Lime
- Bitters
- Crushed ice
Method
- In a glass combine Qing dash of bitters and lime and crushed ice
- Top up with ginger beer
- Garnish with lime wheel
- Serve chilled
Spiced up
- 50 ml Rum DNA Qing
- 50 ml Ginger liqueur
- 25 ml Cointreau
- 200 ml Cranberry juice
- Ice
- Mint leaves
Method
- In a glass combine ice, Qing Rum, Ginger liqueur and cointreau.
- Stir mixture lightly to combine ingredients
- Top up with Cranberry juice
- Garnish with fresh mint Sprig
- Serve chilled
Mystic Qing
- 50 ml Rum DNA Qing
- 25 ml Orange liqueur
- 25ml Cranberry juice
- Dash of lime
- Ice
Method
- Add all the ingredients together.
- Stir mixture to cool and dilute.
- Strain out ice into martini glass. (to remove ice)
- Garnish with lemon rind.
Golden Hour
- 50ml Rubi Rum
- Fruit cocktail Juice
- Lemonade
- Ice
- Fresh bite size fruits
Method
- In a tall glass mix ice, Rubi rum and fruit juice with fruit slices
- Top up with lemonade and serve.
Rubi grape
- Rubi Rum
- Grape tizer
- Ice
- Fruit slices
Method
- In a tall glass mix Rubi rum and ice
- Top up with Grape tizer
- Garnish with bite size fruits
- Serve Chilled
Cherry Pineapple
- 50 ml Rum DNA Rubi
- 25 ml Peach Schnapps
- 2 Oranges juiced
- 50 ml Cranberry juice
- Glacé Cherries, to garnish (optional)
Method
- In a glass mix Rum DNA Rubi and Peach schnapps with ice.
- Stir mixture to cool and dilute.
- Layer orange juice and cranberry juice.
- Garnish with Glasé Cherries and mint sprig
- Serve chilled
