Gin Popsicle

  • 50ml Classic Gin
  • Strawberry Popsicle
  • Elderflower Liquor
  • Tonic Water
  • Ice

Method

1. In a Gin Cocktail glass add Gin, ice and elder flower liquor
2. Top up with tonic water
3. Garnish with strawberry Popsicle
4. Serve chilled

Gin Negroni

  • 25ml Classic Gin
  • 25ml Martini Rosso
  • 25ml Campari
  • Rind of orange

Method

  1. In a tumbler mix Classic Gin, Martini Rosso and Campari with ice.
  2. Stir continuously until mixture is cooled.
  3. Pour mixture into a chilled glass .
  4. Squeeze orange rind on to cocktail and stir into the drink.
  5. Serve chilled.

Gin Tonic

  • 50ml Classic Gin
  • 250ml Tonic (best options, Tony glass or Lamb & Watt)
  • Dash of lime juice (10ml)

Method

  1. Fill tall Cocktail Glass with ice
  2. Add Gin and lime juice
  3. Top up with tonic
  4. Garnish with lime wedges or bite size fruits
  5. Serve

African Banana Sundae

  • 25ml Madagascan vanilla rum
  • 25ml Banana Liquor
  • 25ml Cream liquor.
  • Banana slices

Method

  1. In a mixer glass combine all the ingredients with ice.
  2. Stir until mixture is chilled.
  3. Pour mixture into tumbler and large piece of ice
  4. Garnish with banana slices
  5. Serve chilled.

Hazelnut Cream

  • 25ml Madagascan vanilla rum
  • 25ml Hazelnut Liquor
  • 25ml Cream liquor

Method

  1. In a mixer glass, combine all the ingredients with ice.
  2. Stir mixture until chilled
  3. Pour into tumbler with large piece of ice
  4. Garnish with cinnamon stick
  5. Serve chilled

Old School rum

  • 25ml Madagascan vanilla rum
  • 25ml Classic rum
  • 25ml Hazelnut liquor
  • Cinnamon stick
  • Dash of Angostura bitters

Method

  1. With a flame torch cinnamon stick and cover with glass(upside down)
  2. In a shaker add ice vanilla rum classic rum and hazelnut liquor
  3. Shake until mixture is chilled and diluted
  4. Strain mixture into smoked tumbler
  5. Dash with angostura bitters
  6. Garnish with Cinnamon stick
  7. Serve chilled

Vanilla Bull

  • 50ml Madagascan vanilla rum
  • 250ml red bull
  • Optional (tropical fruit juice)
  • Ice
  • Bite size fruits

Method

  1. In a Glass, combine ice Madagascan vanilla rum
  2. Top up with red bull
  3. Splash fruit juice on top.
  4. Garnish with bite size fruits

Ti’punch

  • 25ml Classic White Rum
  • 25ml Sugar syrup
  • 25ml Lime Juice
  • Ice
  • Lime wheel

Method

  1. In a glass mix ingredients together and add a block of ice.
  2. Stir until mixture is chilled.
  3. Garnish with fresh lime wheel.
  4. Serve chilled

Tropical Punch

  • 50ml Classic White rum
  • Fruit juice of choice
  • Blueberries
  • Strawberries
  • Orange cubes
  • Ice

Method

  1. In a tall glass, add ice and Classic White Rum
  2. Top up with fruit juice
  3. Cut fruits into bite size pieces
  4. Add to drink
  5. Serve chilled.

Pina Colada

  • 50ml Classic White Rum
  • 50ml Coconut cream
  • 150ml Pineapple juice
  • 10 Ice cubes
  • Sugar syrup

Method

  1. Add Classic White Rum, Coconut cream, pineapple juice and ice to blender.
  2. Blend until desired consistency is achieved
  3. Garnish with Fresh pineapple quarter and add straw.
  4. Serve chilled

Cuba Libre

  • 50ml Classic White Rum
  • Half a lime
  • Coke

Method

  1. In a tall glass combine Classic White Rum and lime
  2. Muddle lime and rum.
  3. Add ice
  4. Top up with coke
  5. Serve chilled
