Using the gold-medal winning Classic Rum as a base, the distillers of The African Spirit Distillery crafted an incredibly tempting Spirit Aperitif by adding PRECIOUS ORGANIC MADAGASCAN VANILLA PODS.
The vanilla pods are liquid infused in the Classic Rum for up to six months. This process, along with the addition of a sugar, creates the delightful sweet flavour of our Madagascan Vanilla Spirit Aperitif.
Finally, we cannot fail to mention the natural golden shade the vanilla lends to the product: a colour as bright as the AFRICAN SUNSET!
This proved to be the most popular blend an enjoyable and easy-drinking distillate, pleasant to sip neat or on ice-cubes.
